How to Submit a Support Request for Enthought Edge
If you encounter an issue or have a question while using Enthought Edge, our support team is here to help. To ensure a quick and effective response, please follow the steps below when submitting a support request.
Submitting a Request from Within Edge
You can open the support request dialog directly from the Edge dashboard:

Click the question mark icon (?) located in the lower-left corner of the dashboard.

A support dialog will appear where you can click a link to take you to the customer portal.
Alternatively, you can access the customer portal directly by clicking here.
Information to Include in Your Request
Critical Information:

Your Edge username
-
The Edge deployment URL you are using

The Edge version you are using
-
In Edge version 2.26 or later, this can be found in the User Profile menu

To help us resolve your issue efficiently, please provide as much detail as possible, including:

Description of the issue
(e.g., steps taken, expected vs. actual behavior) -
Screenshots or error messages, if applicable

Commands or scripts used, especially if the issue is reproducible
